PharmChek® Sweat Patch By SCRAM Systems
DRUG MONITORING
PharmChek® Sweat Patch Drug Testing
The PharmChek® Sweat Patch, used by The MOST Program, provides court-compliant drug testing designed for continuous detection of drugs over time. This sweat patch drug test is widely used in DUI, criminal, probation, and family court cases throughout Southern California, offering a reliable way to monitor substance use without the need for observed urine collections.
The PharmChek Sweat Patch, developed by SCRAM Systems, is a non-invasive, tamper-evident drug testing method that continuously collects perspiration while worn on the skin. The patch is analyzed by a certified laboratory to detect common drugs of abuse, helping courts, attorneys, and probation departments verify compliance with sobriety requirements.
Accountability Through Continuous Drug Testing
The patch is worn on the skin for approximately 10–14 days, continuously collecting perspiration during the wear period. At the end of the monitoring cycle, the patch is removed and submitted to a certified laboratory for testing, where it is analyzed for the presence of common drugs of abuse.
Through consistent monitoring and laboratory confirmation, the sweat patch helps programs move beyond reactive testing and toward structured accountability that supports long-term recovery and behavior change.
