FOR ATTORNEYS
The MOST Program Team has over 30 years experience helping Attorneys represent their clients on drug and alcohol related cases.
At The MOST Program (Monitored Outpatient Sobriety Treatment), we help you present a structured, court-compliant alternative to incarceration that demonstrates immediate accountability and measurable progress.
Showing the Court that your client is proactively enrolled in a verified abstinence program and already producing negative drug and alcohol results can significantly strengthen your request for alternative sentencing.
We do the MOST for your Clients
Why the Courts Respond to The MOST Program
In our experience, judges are far more inclined to approve a rehabilitation-based disposition when your client is actively participating in:
• Continuous alcohol and/or drug monitoring
• Verified weeks of negative test results
• GPS monitoring or house arrest when appropriate
• Weekly psycho-educational group sessions
• Structured outpatient counseling
• Ongoing progress documentation from a treatment provider
When the Court is hesitant to grant rehabilitation in lieu of custody, a Deferred Entry of Judgment (PC 1000.1) may be appropriate and we are experienced in supporting those placements.
We don’t just enroll clients.
We create a compliance record the Court can rely on.
