The MOST Program Team has over 30 years experience helping Attorneys represent their clients on drug and alcohol related cases.

To ensure clients stay out of jail, we recommend they enroll and participate in an outpatient program, such as the MOST Program.   Showing the court your client is willing to take responsibility for their actions and is actually doing something about it,  goes a long way.

In our experience, the Court is more likely to approve an alternative sentencing plan when your client is enrolled in an assured abstinence program where they have already shown weeks of negative drug & alcohol tests, attends 12-Step meetings, has a 12-Step sponsor, attends weekly psycho-educational group sessions, and receives updated progress report from an approved treatment provider.  When the court is hesitant in a rehabilitation disposition, a deferred entry of judgment may be an appropriate option.
